After a few days of suspense, all is confirmed today at Chua’s press conference in Labis (his constituency). Bernama radio, the pontificating station has it broadcasted live at about 4:30ish through handphone (!).
Those of you unlucky ones who have courtesy copy of the dvd, better hand it over to the police because it is now a police case. If my grandmother is alive, she’ll smack me proper if I have the dvd cos it’s rude to watch a private act between lovers.

Health Minister Chua Soi Lek today openly admitted that he was the person featured in a video depicting a man having sex with a woman purportedly in a hotel room.
Chua, 60, who is also MCA vice-president, made the confession at a press conference this afternoon in his parliamentary constituency in Labis, Johor.
However, he said that he will not resigned as minister but will instead let Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to decide on his fate.
The senior MCA leader, who is married with three children, also said that the 30-something woman featured in the video clip was a personal friend.
Over the past three days, the Chinese dailies have reported that free DVDs – allegedly showing the politician in various sexual antics with a woman – were first distributed in Muar and later, Batu Pahat and Seremban.
The scandal first broke on Saturday when copies of the DVD were anonymously placed in various streets in Muar town for people to collect. Some copies were even distributed by unknown individuals to a number of shops in the area.

Dr Chua has finally admitted it in a Press conference in Labis that he is the one in the sex DVDs with a “personal friend”. Wife is standing by him and he apologized profusely to one and all including the PM & DPM. Hello? You must still be suffering from new year binge. Chua is not a muslim therefore no zina offence sticks to him who is not follower of Islam.
Here in Malaysia of course no stoning. We have the civil law to protect us non-Muslims and Muslims (if they choose so)

Apa yang Chua atau sesiapa buat dengan temannya dengan rela hati bukanlah untuk kita pandai-pandai membuat tomahan semata-mata.
Pergi baca lebih banyak buku, ya. Itu boleh tolong buka minda Kandahar supaya menjadi man of the world yang lebih prihatin dan sejajar dengan zaman Ijtihad kini.

I heard Chua was bitter the party did not go all out to retain him. But what can MCA do? As chinese, must adhere to the chinese thinking (I think it’s called ‘li yih’).
Luckily, me a bananachinese. So can see beyond the limitation of ‘chineseness’.

I wouldn’t know about the wearing of le condom. Because I will NOT watch the DVD, even if you give me a free copy. I cannot bring myself to intrude into such private session.
I remember, a few years ago in the Chu Mei Fong sex video case (Taiwan former city councilor), somebody opened the video in my presence (I was not warned). The minute I realised it was a private thingy – the little voice inside me got very disturbed. And I have been asking for forgiveness from God since then for the intrusion, even though it was unintended.
Anyways, we have no evidence that the video was made during Chua’s tenancy as Health Minister or prior to that.

“My mistake” – The Star 4 Jan 2007
I would just like to say that I am very disappointed at
Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek explanation in today’s STAR in regards the recent incident.
I think he should just keep his mouth shut and leave gracefully and stop hurting his family with his stupid remarks that his down fall was basically because of his work as a minister and MCA vice president.
I suggest he just be honest about what has happen and stop blaming others!

Wanna try to get any from the half past 6 cabinet to do 1/4 what this Chua did bravely – face the press, public and moral people like you and me? And that was after facing the wife and family?

In Malaysian politics Uncle Lim,Uncle Samy,Uncle Nik,Uncle Anwar and Uncle Koh do also have problems with their internal key players.But they can settle it quickly within a very short period of time.They will immediately continue to work at the grass root levels.It is at these masses where they can cast a strong foundation for everybody.

Hey!!! CSL new job is to find ” Problematic Government Policies “.He has to prove that he is very working hard by having something to show every meeting.He will be giving plenty of “Air Time” to present his files.
On the other hand Lim KS has 1000s of ” Problematic Government Policies” his thick files collecting dust over the last half a century.They are all very well researched and well documented.Nobody wants to give him enough “Air Time”

1980s…MCA sad stories for all to learn.
My sister used to have a accountant husband who was very actively involved in MCA deposit taking companies of 1980s.He went to jail for 5 years for the crimes of submitting false balance sheets.
As a man who loves his family more than himself he took the following steps immediately.He was 26 years old at that time.
1) He divorced his wife but gave her every cents he owned in this world.According to Malaysian customs nobody would associate him with the wife and children anymore.Today all his 3 children are holding high positions in Multi National Companies.
He saved the “FACE” of his unlucky family.
2) He went to Arabian countries to work after he came out of prison.He continued to send money to his wife and children.He paid for every cent of their overseas education. But he does not want them to have a “CONVICT” father figure in public.
3) When he came back to Malaysia,he would only meet his wife and children quietly behind closed hotel room doors.
In Chinese Culture and Customs the “FACE” of the leaders comes first before everything else.We must show the other races that we have the
” YOU THO YOU LIAN ” leaders. i e We,even ordinary Chinese people have ” HEAD and FACE ” to other multi racial groups.
Otherwise why should every Chinese from the poorest to the riches serve so much good food to all the other races during Chinese New Year ???

The Chinese people are only interested in making tons of money.They behave the same in all parts of the world.
In order to do that he must have a good Malay Tuan to Ali Baba with him.He must have a Malay big brother.
The Chinese have no feelings for the Malays.
His driver and office boys are all Malays,
The Chinese will just kick them around.
Pay them minimum salary.
When the powerful Malay brother loses his political power,
The Chinese will not talk to him again.
So Malays enjoy the Tuan status while the sun still shines on your head.
