Water will not clean MCA but will fuel Pakatan

Need Clorox.

Need a good variety of strong disinfectants, too.

Will the fortunes of MCA will be spent on deploying detergent agents everytime le DVD pops up in the market due to insatiable fan requests for naughty stuffs?

Does it mean tightening of MCA budgets, as $$ diverted to clean ups will be shaved from budgets for members activities and training?

Gulp, no more big dinners? No more gatherings in nice hotel settings?

How about that, MCA members?

Would you be willing to sacrifice your already miniscule budgetary allocation to the neverending Ops Bersih?

You don’t care?

So for now, you recommend to use water only cos you can live with a little stain, besides, why spend additional energy or scrub clean with smelly disinfectant?

But… when we start to visualise with longer range tactical thinking, we will see a pesky vision of big $$ deployment to fuel clean ups of sexy grime buildups especially near the next General Election.

Gone lar… division/branch peruntukan for pilihanraya!!

And while our brain cells are on tactical thinking mode, let’s venture to imagine that Pakatan Rakyat, especially DAP will forget to capitalise on this popular stain in the 13th GE.

Yesss, this will be a very useless tool for PR to even use to compare and contrast how Barisan Nasional uses 2 legal systems to treat its peoples:

1 set for Anwar Ibrahim and another set for Chua Soi Lek.

Poor Anwar Ibrahim needs to go through the courts to clear himself off the mattress aka bed stains evidence.

Chua Soi Lek need not go through the courts to clear himself off the video dvd evidence.

Ooohm….. and let’s continue to pray MCA members will never be tasked to answer for this folly by their constituents voters.

The battle for MCA Reform #2 Who is Tee Siew Kiong?

1. Personal dislike: Ain’t no fan of Oriental Daily News:

11 July, 2005: A MCA Johor leader barred the distribution of Oriental Daily News and allegedly threatened to throw copies of the Chinese-language newspaper into a dustbin during the state wing’s convention on Saturday.

Fifteen minutes later, state secretary Tee Siew Kiong had a change of heart.

In a report on the incident, Oriental Daily News said Tee had prevented its staff from distributing the newspaper at the convention hall and car park.

He then allegedly warned that he would throw the copies into the trash if they were not removed from the front entrance.

According to the daily, which is known for ruffling feathers in MCA with its scathing articles, he also lodged a police report on the matter.

When quizzed by its staff, Tee had told them that the directive came from MCA Johor committee chairperson and Health Minister Dr Chua Soi Lek (photo).

He claimed that Oriental Daily News, unlike other Chinese-language newspapers, had not informed him about distributing its publication at the venue.

However, Tee later relented and allowed the newspaper’s staff to continue distributing the copies.

He was also quoted as telling them “Let’s be good to each other”.

‘They were rude’

Contacted today, Tee denied that the daily was barred because of its hard-hitting reports.

“This happened two days ago, I don’t want to talk about it…We did not ban Oriental Daily for its reports, it is just because that they did not tell us beforehand about wanting to distribute the newspapers,” he said.

“When I asked, the staff also could not answer. They were rude and did not know how to respect the organiser.”

However, a party insider had a different version.

According to him, Chua – a staunch supporter of former MCA president Dr Ling Liong Sik (photo) – was unhappy with one of the daily’s reports which had accused the latter of meddling in the party’s upcoming polls.

In a related development, it is said that, while current president Ong Ka Ting is looking forward to state leaders openly pledging support for him to fend off challenger Chua Jui Meng, the response from Johor has been dismal.

The state convention only had banners supporting Soi Lek in his candidacy for a vice-president’s post.

Although Ong (photo) had started his political career in Johor, the state is now considered under the control of Soi Lek.

2. Career: The Secretary and an Assemblyman

31 March 2008:

Ong Ka Ting announced the new line-up for Johor MCA and Chua Soi Lek’s name is not in it. Apart from Chua, his allies have been changed, including YB Datuk Tee Siew Kiong and Low Teh Hian.

Tee and Low are loyal supporters of Chua and what Ong has announced has been seen as to sideline Chua’s cronies.

Note:

Tee Siew Kiong was political secretary of Dato’ Sri Dr. Chua Soi Lek before the energetic doctor resigned as Health Minister following the disclosure of Chua’s scandalous dvd sex video.

At the 12th GE, Tee was elected as a state assemblyman of Pulai Sebatang.

.

3. Moral stand?

Tee advised students against indulging in immoral activities…

11 November 2008:

Talk show on social evils to guide youth

THE Federation of Chinese Youth Associations and the Pontian Eng Choon Association jointly organised a talk show on social ills at the Pei Chun Chinese Secondary School in Pontian recently.

The talk focused on five main social ills — snatch thefts, drug abuse, prostitution, illegal entertainment outlets and illegal video game outlets.

Organising chairman Tey Chee Kiong said it was important to get rid of the social ills to ensure a peaceful life for all families.

“The current education system lacks counselling and sex education.

“This year, many cases were highlighted in newspapers on students engaging in immoral activities. Some of these were even circulated through handphones.

“This indicates that many students lack the ability to tell what is morally right and wrong,” he said.

Pulai Sebatang assemblyman Tee Siew Kiong advised students to be disciplined and stay away from negative elements. He urged them to tap their potential to do useful things in life.

Tee donated RM3,000 to the federation for future activities.

4. Business: The savvy property investor

Mr Tee Siew Kiong and wife apparently are savvy property investors.

They got cash of of RM2,710,000 to buy this property (see Bursa Malaysia announcement link here). Not bad show of chinese thrift and savvy in property investment…

The pair also engages in more interesting deals apparently.

According to the blog MOH Land Scam, both husband and wife (via proxy through one of the directors and shareholder Phua Tai Kiang the brother-in-law of Tee Siew Keong) also got the savviness to make a biggie deal via Kurnia Heights Sdn Bhd to signed a sale & purchase from the original owners, Lee family of Maha Global Sdn. Bhd. for a sum of RM8 million plus, as revealed from the documents which shown a redemption sum of approximately RM4.065 million to be paid to the chargee bank, RHB Bank Bhd, and approximately RM3.048 million to be paid to Maha Global Sdn. Bhd. with the usual upfront deposit. The said land was subsequently sold to the Government for an astonishing sum of RM29 million.

Maha Global Sdn. Bhd can thus be alleged to have made a clean profit of RM19 million, according to the envious blogger.

5. Advocacy: Active member of project “Saint” and “Morally Tainted since 2008-ongoing:

19 October, 2008:

…at least seven of the 25 elected MCA Central Committee (CC) members are said to be staunch supporters of Dr Chua.

Dr Chua’s CC “supporters” are said to be led by his former political secretary, Tee Siew Kiong. Although at present there are only seven Dr Chua’s “supporters” in the CC, Yap pointed out that in politics, chances of other CC members “shifting” camp were high.

3 September 2009:

The dissenters now — among them former deputy home minister Datuk Seri Tan Chai Ho, former one-term member of parliament Loh Seng Kok, and Soi Lek’s former political secretary Tee Siew Keong — are either has-beens or political lightweights.

They are taking on a leader who has the full support of the presidential council.

But this time, it is not over something that resonates deeply with the community, but whether certain individuals should have a more prominent role in the party.

The battle for MCA Reform #1 Who is Loh Seng Kok?

Many MCA members are blur, blur, especially them below the age of 40 years. Can’t blame them really as they have been ‘puppetised’ by their tai lohs in the Branch and Division. It is a very serious malaise as these so called ‘Harapan Malaysians’ are out of the know about MCA and the power brokers behind the curtains.

Don’t believe me? Just go ask any one MCA member this question:

“Is current MCA EGM about party reform or re-installing of the Ling kingdom?”

Count yourself lucky if you get a confused blink or a fluttering of le embarassed eyelashes…

Duh…? would be the best effort of a response from these poor dears.

And since this is holiday season, BananaC will be kind enough to give them morsels of education on players involved in the latest sizzling hot MCA production “MCA EGM” which premiers at 10am on 10 October, 2009.

Morsel of education #1
Who is Loh Seng Kok?

Loh Seng Kok currently holds the record as the winner of the BIGGEST politician poster Malaysians have ever seen…

RockyBru's Loh Seng Kok poster

A friend asked:
Agak-agak mana Loh Seng Kok dapat duit puluhan ribu untuk beriklan disana?

liao said…

he is Ling Liong Sik‘s man, not OKT’s man. so he habis already.

Anonymous said
Question is where the $$$ came from?? Not cheap to advertise.

.

Jinny’s impression of Loh Seng Kok’s actions:

Now the first thing that came to my mind when I saw that poster was, what the heck is this guy putting such a huge poster of his face in one of the largest and most prominent billboards on the LDP? How can one be a Christian, put a quote from a Christian Reverend yet glorify his own person at the same time?

Besides, by the time the billboard went up, rumours were already rife that he was going to be dropped as a candidate for the coming GE (2008).

Now as all of us know already, his huge face underwent a serious defacing. His entire face was blacked out with black paint.

Now while I don’t agree with Loh Seng Kok’s utter waste of funds and boastful self-glorification, no one deserves such a hugely public embarrassing. Why can’t politicians stop this acts of self-glorification, take that funds required to put up those billboards to help the community for goodness sake! One week’s rental of one of those billboards are already in the ranges of RM30,000 onwards!

.

A voter’s first impression of Loh Seng Kok’s receptiveness:

I was one amongst those folks who waited up during the meeting last friday to meet up with our aspirant YB’s.

Frankly, I attended mainly to meet in person these aspirant YB’s as 3 of them are new. Most importantly, I wanted to see what they had to offer United Subang Jaya residents over the next 5 years should they be elected.

And last up, we have Mr. Loh Seng Kok, the aspirant for the Kelana Jaya Parliamentary seat, which will cover about 80% of United Subang Jaya. Now here is a man who did not show up for the meeting at all and from what has been written in this thread, has not signed the “Aku Janji” either. In fact, I only know what he looks like only from the numerous posters and buntings strung up all over the township.

My personal opinion is that I am not impressed by him thus far. The man seems to think that United Subang Jaya is not worth his time, and that he has “other important” matters that better deserve his time. As for the poster of him during the floods (if it were true, as someone had questioned the authenticity in this thread), this would work well if we were still a rubber or palm oil estate in the ’50’s or ’60’s. Someone from his party should remind him that this is the 21st century, and United Subang Jaya’s are a savvy lot, although in Dato LHB’s own words to his fellow aspirant YB’s that night, we are not unreasonable.

Jayan

.

What is Loh Seng Kok’s latest project?

Picking up the tread after fellow campaigner Theng Bok was quickly changed due to some difficulties, Loh Seng Kok has been engaged as a co-campaign coordinator for a comeback project with the winner from ‘The hell with the Malaysian sex lawsChua Soi Lek.

This project will keep Mr Loh very busy as his political future in MCA is interlinked very much on the outcome of the results of the MCA EGM.

Who’s afraid of reform or THE slippers?

Frankly, my dear, I’m still sandalised oops scandalised with the stupidity of the 921 MCA members….

Diam, oops, Daim is one disappointed man too…

.

“It is a great disappointment that the MCA Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) is not being used for a united MCA call for a Royal Commission of Inquiry into the RM12.5 billion Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) scandal to bring to book all MCA, Umno and Barisan Nasional leaders implicated in the “mother of all scandals”.

When former Finance Minister Tun Daim Zainuddin could say that the PKFZ fiasco provides the Barisan Nasional government the best opportunity to fulfill its promise of cracking down on corruption, abuse of power and mismanagement, why are MCA, Umno and other Barisan Nasional component parties dragging their feet when they should be acting decisively to identity and punish the wrongdoers, without fear or favour and regardless of their present or past position or status?

Daim speaks with great authority, knowledge and experience when he said:

“The government must punish all those lawbreakers, only then can it regain the public’s confidence. In the past, the public did not see those who abused their power getting punished, resulting in more abuses of power. As such, it (making the PKFZ audit report public) is a good start”.

(Read more here: Daim: PKFZ fiasco provides best opportunity)

.

Now, we have a fiery grand ole man of DAP Uncle Lim Kit Siang who is very angry with MCA:

“This is why the MCA, as the party which is most implicated in the PKFA scandal as so many MCA top leaders were involved whether as Transport Minister or Port Klang Authority Chairman, should take a stand to ensure that there should be no further cover-up of the PKFZ scandal and its EGM should, among other things, demonstrate the undivided support of the MCA delegates for a Royal Commission of Inquiry to bring to book all MCA, Umno and BN leaders implicated in the PKFZ “mother of all scandals”.

.

Oh dear…

Now we know why Chua Soi Lek’s campaign team works so tirelessly to bring about the MCA EGM….

What or Who gives, Soi Lek?

And while we are at it, MCA Central Delegates, will you do the right thing or risk your moral values for le fury de garland of slippers?

Sex bombed or Rise of MCA?

What do you get when a wannabe blockbuster movie director deploys tired, rehashed dialogues and film in antagonisingly slow paced motion? Anybody interested in tired cinematography techniques? Would the eyelids be batting to stay awake if there is no sexing up with CGI to retain the attention of the young moviegoers? Don’t we seriously need a gung-ho hero and his sidekicks to inspire adulation from us voyeurists watchers?

Yawn…

Undeniably, requests for reruns on the youtube for that movie featuring the unknowing star Mr Chua Soi Lek and Miss X actress have risen since Chua himself has been sacked from the venerable stable of famed movie house MCA.

The current reruns caused much a dejavu moment for the legions of voyeurists who have already seen the show many a times in 2008.

So enamoured were the many fans with the actor of the famed voyeurist show, that they are now attempting to re-live their connextion in real life with the star, the man.

The many devoted fans are now coming out of the closet, to re-align with the star in attempt to reinstate his stalled career.

The CSL fan club headed by the enthusiastic Tan Chai Ho and Loh Seng Kok as campaign coordinators are untiredly going around town to boost support for Mr Chua’s retention.

The latest we heard from the CSL campaign team was that 921 fans will be jumping up high in the air to show their devotion to CSL.

Hopefully, this will melt the MCA’s board of directors’ hearts and bend their minds to sign back CSL in time to star in the next movie blockbuster “General Election the 13th : Rise of MCA

P/S: I think I am in depression… must be suffering from serious withdrawal due to lousy films offerings in cinema circuit. Why can’t we have many movies like District 9? I crave for movies like District 9 – good for the brain and humanity. Love the Christopher Johnson character, what a real hero. I’ve watch it twice already in the cineplex, man.

Rise of the SDs… Let the third man speak?

Commenting on the case of the statutory declaration made by private investigator P. Balasubramaniam linking Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak with Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu, Bar Council president Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan said the statutory declaration was made in accordance with the procedure and sealed by a Commissioner of Oaths.

“A statutory declaration is a document that contains evidence given on oath. It is sworn before a commissioner for oaths. As in the case of all evidence given under oath, it cannot be withdrawn,” she said.

Ah… me just experienced a nostalgic moment re-living the Malaysia’s famous statutory declaration.

Nostalgic moment is re-lived again when I read Raja Petra‘s article from Malaysia-Today:

Did he or didn’t he? Let the third man speak

“Did the MCA president, Ong Tee Keat, receive RM10 million in cash from Kuala Dimensi’s Tiong King Sing? Ong says noTiong says yes. That means we need a third person to tell us which of the two is telling the truth. And that third person should be the one who packed the money and acted as the courier between the two.”

And so, we readers were regaled with a copy of a sworn statement by Tiong’s dutiful assistant, an Encik Azman Bin Abdul Rahman, who works in Tiong’s Political Department in Kuala Lumpur and Sarawak.

My impression was here’s a very time wasting effort. Why did the dude make a sworn statement in front of a lawyer?

Why did he not make a stab directly at the heart of the matter by making a real Statutory Declaration in front of a Commissioner of Oath? Does Tiong needs a strong collaborator for his Kuala Dimensi SB case, or doesn’t he?

Bloodhound, a commentator at Malaysia-Today made an astute observation:

Bloodhound, September 09, 2009 01:06:23

“This third party’s sworn statement may not be as concrete as made out to be especially if the person is still under the employment of Tiong King Sing because we all know that there is not much a BN warlord cannot do that law enforcers will not look the other way especially those with deep pockets.

An independent third party’s statement will be a better and more meaningful declaration.

Moreover, the sworn statement is dated 22nd August 2009 which means that it just recently signed which merely signifies that Tiong King Sing is pulling out all stops in order to pin the charge against Ong.

Probably, the person is told by his employer to make the statement in order to lend support to their effort to incriminate Ong or to damage his reputation. Employees of an interested party do not really provide strong support in tandem with their employer’s claims.

Now, regardless whether the events did or did not happen at all, the damage is already done and they are going for the jugular. Let’s see what Ong can come up with to counteract the claims.”

BananaC did some research and came up with some findings and… drumroll… ta da!…..

Under the ACT 13 STATUTORY DECLARATIONS ACT 1960 (REVISED – 1969), it must be signed before a Sessions Court Judge, Magistrate or Commissioner for Oaths (which it was not in this case, as it was signed in front of an advocate and solicitor).

Somemore, there’s a standard format for SD.

This “Witness Statement” ‘tak power’ lar.

Let’s hope Ali, Ah Chong and Muthu are not confusing this “Witness statement” as the sexy Statutory Declaration.

Tsk….tsk….tsk…

Dear sir, may I ask you to account for your billions?

Somebody read this in Lim Kit Siang’s blog and email to me to jazz up le balmy Sunday evening:

From Mr Lim Kit Siang’s pen:

In July 2003, the ACA announced a new policy of transparency to be more responsive towards public demand for information about its investigations, viz:

• The ACA will keep all complainants informed on the status of investigations into their reports if they want it.

• Heads of government departments will be informed of the decision of the Attorney-General on investigations involving their subordinates.

• The ACA will issue statements about cases that are still under investigation if it feels necessary, including those already decided by the Attorney-General.

However, after 11 years, I have still to get a proper report on the status of ACA investigations into my June 1997 report to the ACA as to how Ling Hee Leong, son of Ling Liong Sik, could at the age of 27 embark on corporate acquisitions exceeding RM1.2 billion in a matter of months and whether there had been improper use and influence of his father’s political and Ministerial position.

I feel for you, Uncle Lim. TQ.

From somebody, an MCA member maybe, who was pissed with Ling Hee Leong who was a candidate in Gopeng in GE12:

by max2811 on February 23rd, 2008 17:22

I’m glad you have taken up this issue which I wrote in your blog earlier. He is actually throwing money in Lawan Kuda, New Kopisan, Gopeng, Simpang Pulai and Gunung Rapat. He’s spending money on meals and favours which can be of good use to the Chinese schools here.

Also dispensing money to the UMNO branches. On previous elections, I used to help out in the MCA ops room. But not this time.

Even my colleaques who were traditional BN voters have commented negatively on him. A good omen to Dr Lee Boon Chye.

Seems there are 3k voters from the Air Force base being transferred to Ipoh Timur.

Mr.Lim needs to work harder. But I hope Ling Bas tard will lose. His family thinks that MCA belongs to them. Well, there are thousands like me, MCA members who are not voting.Try the local markets in the mornings. One can see the well-dressed gangsters having a nice time.

I should have taken up the offer to help in the MCA ops room. At least I could have known how he buys his way around. But not to worry, many have said, “Take what is given but vote opposition”. Let’s hope he lose. I have asked my friends to pray in the churches, temples and mosques for his defeat.

Ling lost.

Here, try some tricky money maths if you have the time to calculate how much eldest son of Tun Ling Liong Sik sifted through his gold fingers during the merry years before MACC turns fierce:

by hkh on February 24th, 2008 00:27

Moon Rock face old Ling explained that his little Ling is a business genius at his first corporate acquisition. If old Ma believed old Ling at that time, can we question the ACA? There is IQ Genius, but Business Genius? Only politician genius without skin can coin such aterm.

But even if little Ling picks up RM50 every hour since his birth, he can

only collect 50 x 24 hour x 365 days x 27 years = 11,826,000 less than 12 MILLION.

Extending this to RM50 every MINUTE, total is only 709 MILLION.

I wonder how many chinese schools and mosques can be built with the millions.

And, here is a major OMG! moment for you…

by TrueMalaysian8888 on February 24th, 2008 23:25

Everyone knows who is Tun Ling !!!!!

There’s a true story where a famous artist from China who display his work in KL and shows a portrait of Tun Ling for just one day and the artist quickly took it out from the display as the visitors spit on his portrait !!!! Thats what we chinese said ` Wei chau Mann nei’.

???

Finally, a teary sympathic moment for this tiny voice’s dear loss

by nus on February 23rd, 2008 15:16

Has this gentleman (Ling Hee Leong) anything to do with Rekapac shares. My Rekapac shares are worthless now. Can I seek compensation?

Will a reformed MCA stand up against corruption? Ong Tee Keat or Chua Soi Lek please answer?

Omitofu Amitabha “Four Noble Truths” campaigns to save Chua Soi Lek

Somebody forwarded this oldie but golden bit to me email.

Read it to check credibility of this Datuk who is now the chief campaign manager for Dr. Chua Soi Lek’s return to MCA + toppling MCA President Ong Tee Keat via a secret EGM proposals. Hmmmm… I wonder if Theng Bok is happy to share the limelight as co-campaign manager for SAVE Chua Soi Lek, ooops, SAVE MCA campaign?

Questions to Dr. Chua Soi Lek:

1. Couldn’t you fill your team with better and fresher faces and talents?
2. Why are all your campaigners has beens and/or losers in the people’s hands at 308’s 12th General Elections or those cannot work well with brothers in UMNO?

Why?

Why?

Why, indeed?

The sooner MCA is dismantled, the better. It has existed solely to make money from its presence in the government. Take the community hall built by the dbkl. It has 3 table tennis tables donated by well wishers. mca members took over the place under the infamous greedy tan chai ho and charge RM 50.00 entrance fee and monthly RM 10.00 for those who want to play. See, mca try to make money from every opportunity even over facilities that don’t belong to them. Also in OUG where the charge is RM 72.00 to join and RM 12.00 monthly by an mca gangster named loong peng sum. Could the new elected representatives help dislodge the mca and return the community halls to the people.

Please? Concede gracefully?

.
As a voter, I’m sorry to say this, but its getting to be a bit boring with the rerun and recycling of the Perak Assembly convening by the Pakatan Rakyat‘s group.

According to Malaysiakini report:
“The Perak Pakatan Rakyat elected representatives are determined to proceed with their planned state assembly sitting today despite a police order barring anyone from gathering at the state secretariat.”

Will DAP’s Sivakumar, Nga Kor Ming, Ngeh Koo Ham and PAS’s Nizar concede to the political game loss and come back roaring another day to decisively win the state at the next General Election?

Please?

Concede gracefully?

So that the people of Perak can be allowed to step back a little bit, take stock of the political play in the state and live their lives normally until when GE13 is near?

Please?
