Look no more! The best Leader for Malaysia is…

Fu Yoh!

I received this from a good friend who reads Mandarin local newspapers.

In the words of dear friend:
“I found that this interview is one of the best MCA President interview I ever seen in my life. I tried my best to translate the key points to share with all of you.”

And so, here are the key points so lovingly translated by dear friend, I now have pleasure to share with you.

Point no. 17 & 20 is Fu Yoh! Can MCA do it? How come Malaysiakini not covered this ???

.

(Headline, covered 3 whole pages on 25/4/08 Sinchew)

1. MCA does not agree to Ketuanan Melayu

2. Malaysia is NOT an Islamic State.

3. Uphold the spirit of the Federal Constitution.

4. Against the “selective interpretation” of Federal Constitution by certain groups of people. The Constitution not only mention about Malay Privilege but under sec 153(7), the non-Malay rights shall not be deprived. Sad to say that certain people in power only mention and implement part of the Constitution and thereafter take this to their respective political agenda.

5. To eliminate “bumi” and “non-bumi” policies as such policy were set up in 50s…60s, NO more relevant and acceptable for the new generations and people at large. Young generation does not understand why do they need to be “classified” on the day they born.

6. Against all the unfair and unequal treatment under the NEP. Malay newspapers created confusion and racial tension by misquoting MCA and leaders’ speeches.

7. MCA realized they did not perform up to the people expectations

8. People has no patience to wait for the result of “internal negotiation/compromise”

9. All the Parties within BN shall work hand in hand in developing policies and decision making, no more “politic of compromise”

10. MCA has to work hard to change its role from “UMNO’s follower” to “UMNO’s partner”.

11. ISA, OSA, Sedition Act to be reviewed.

12. Two-party system is good for the national development and progress

13. Learn from China and Taiwan in making revolutionary change

14. MCA to focus on Social Responsibilities, Education and Equal Rights

15. Social Responsibilities: Legal System, Anti Corruption, healthy politics, Economic Development, Needy Group.

16. MCA will carry on with its reforms irrespective of how UMNO will change.

17. Will support Pakatan Rakyat policy if it is good for the people.

18. BN shall work harder and perform better than Pakatan Rakyat, to gain support from the people

19. In MCA, all the decisions make collectively by team, be it Political Bureau, Presidential Council or CC, instead of only President. These include selection of candidates for the minister post and senators. This model only started after he took over. It has never been in this mode before OKT.

20. MCA CC will discuss the proposal of President to be elected and voted direct by all members.

21. He accepts and feels that is normal, under such circumstances (lost in GE), bound to have some people accuse him for certain decisions made that caused the lost.

22. To change and reform a 50 year-old MCA, it takes time. He believes 6 months is a reasonable time frame.

23. MCA needs to be united, not depend on a few key leaders to rejuvenate/reform

24. If BN does not want to change according to the people want, we are going to lost the power in next GE.

ACA will become Malaysian Commission of Anti-Corruption

Badawi announces ACA will become Malaysian Commission of Anti-Corruption, independent of PM’s Department.

The ACA reforms will see the agency become commission reporting to Parliament anti-corruption committee. A whistleblower protection mechanism to be set up. Workforce to be tripled and reforms to be implemented by year end.

Wow… Badawi really working hard to make sure nobody else gets the chance to use trump cards before he steps aside in UMNO, eh? Tun M will be hopping mad. DS Anwar will be mad also because somebody else’s actions pre-empt his future great promises.

Non-Malays should not seek equality nor seek clarification

My friend, a Kelantanese, was shocked after watching a snippet of Tengku’s speech on TV1 10.30 evening news last Saturday. Tengku Faris read the text in front of him word for word. Malaysiakini reported it faithfully.

Raja Petra said that the speech Tengku Faris read out wasn’t his. That it’s just a case of the text being shoved to him. Let’s say that’s true. Didn’t Tengku realise what he was reading even as he was reading it out loud? If he was forced to read it, what does this say of him? Why did this Cambridge grad mouth the words?

Should we just ignore and sleep over it… This Tengku could one day be our king!

Nik Aziz has also come out and said that an Islamic state is inevitable. Ong Ka Ting was vilified and accused of ‘insulting’ Islam when he asked PAS to clarify if Islamic State agenda is really dropped or submerged for purposes of 12GE.

PR voiced their reservation (if not outright objection) directed at the individual making these statements. But that was just not enough to guarantee security of my rights.

Damage was done and my heart is broken.

20,000 defy police to celebrate Anwar’s ban expiry

Aiya, I missed because got class…

About 20,000 people attended a rally in central Kuala Lumpur tonight to mark the expiry of Anwar Ibrahim ban from public office, a decade after he was sacked as deputy prime minister.

The crowd defied a ban on the event which was held in Kampung Baru despite scores of riot police were deployed in the futile attempt to stop the illegal gathering.

“We have not issued any permits for the gathering. I advise all the supporters not to attend it. The gathering is banned,” city police chief Muhammad Sabtu Osman told AFP earlier today.

At about 9.15pm, Anwar took the stage to tell his supporters to wait two weeks on whether he would be running for parliamentary seat and return to active politics.

Wow… read more at Malaysiakini here.

Say, what is the meaning of our votes at 12GE when frog MPs jump from one party to another party?

P/S: Some people went there because Raja Petra got wedding anniversary at same place.

Today, tomorrow and day after tomorrow’s special: MPs wit and oratory performance featuring Khairy!

Filed under: Citizenry, Government, news, Parliament, Politics — Tags: , , , , , , , , , , — bananachinese @ 6:21 pm

When asked why about Khairy lying low after GE12, Datuk Rahman Dahlan (UMNO Youth Executive Secretary) added:

“Interestingly enough, Parliament will probably be the place for him to regain the people’s confidence. I believe if he performs in Parliament and matches the wit and the oratory skills of Opposition members and defend the Government and UMNO from the barrage of expected criticism from the Opposition, he can bounce back. I believe this Parliament sesion is going to be interesting for him.”

hohohoho… UMNO youth’s limited understanding thinks that Parliament is a propagandist vehicle.

According to this joker, to be a good Parliamentarian would mean using wit and oratory skills to defend the Government and UMNO from criticisms.

…and I thought Parliament is the place to speak and debate on lawmaking for Malaysia. Not to promote party lines.

Could this mean live telecast of Parliament sitting will be an indoctrination session for all Malaysians. Yuckkkkks…

I also worry for PKR’s and DAP’s MPs. They may be bored to death just sitting passively in their seats throughout the sessions. Some cannot speak Bahasa Malaysia. Can listen, understand maybe but cannot debate cos Bahasa Malaysia tak boleh pakai, mah.

And so a very likely possibility is that Khairy the UMNO machine, may hog the telecast with his solo debates to showcase his wit and oratory skills onto us hapless citizens.

Next GE, must put up one more condition for MP candidates: “What do you know of lawmaking and its processes?”

Message across time for Badawi, Ong Ka Ting, Samy & Koh TK

Hey, I found a message across time for Badawi, Ong Ka Ting, Samy and Koh Tsu Koon:

“The doctor of the future will give no medication, but will
interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet,
and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

Thomas Alva Edison: Was an inventor and businessman

Happy repairing, guys! Don’t forget to have fun reinventing UMNO, MCA, MIC and Gerakan!

Nazri Aziz blames top component partners for BN failure

A friend alerted me that Sinchew today reported that the uncouth Nazri Aziz blamed MIC and MCA for failure to help BN win in GE12. This winner of Padang Rengas MP seat who scraped by with a majority of 1,749 is a real swinger.

On a good day, he offers gems like, “We (UMNO) have to really sit down and think” and on a moody day, he whacks MIC and MCA.

Its high time our new and energetic Health Minister get the warders from Tanjung Rambutan to give dear Nazri a much needed psycho session. If need be, give him basic icepick lobotomy. It’s a wonderfully good way to release bad gas trapped in his thick skull and offers Nazri an instant mood swing reliever.

Luckily, MITI Minister Muhyiddin Yassin (I like him better than Rafidah Abdul Aziz). I think he a more classy political breed and has behaviour way palatable than Nazri’s. On the topic in Sinchew, Muhyiddin ventured to suggest helping component parties to take on roles to improve BN messaging.

OK, I caya you, Muhyiddin (at the moment).

Can MCA members look up to a fornicator President?

Got to tell you about this dream that I had recently.

I dreamt that I were an MCA member (wearing their uniform!!). Was mingling around with the delegates at MCA’s party election. Apparently we were celebrating a new President… Mr Chua Soi Lek.

Presently, the celebratory Mr Chua Soi Lek came for us, all thankful for our votes. Along the way, he generously hugged and kissed all delegates (men mostly).

The more near his advance towards us, the women retreated and inched backwards and backwards. Because they saw that his clothes began to shed on its own and slowly vapourise into thin air on touching the floor. Then Mr Chua’s lips parted and his mouth started to produce loud sucking noises.

“Aiyeee!!!! He looks just like he’s doing the oral thingy in the sex video!” screamed an aunty member. Hell broke loose and all the women backed around and stampeded down the spiral staircase of MCA HQ.

Myself got all trampled over in the mad rush to save our souls. To add more salt to my injury, I tumbled. Boink, boink, boink down to the last steps.

Poor me opened my eyes after the hard landing and saw a vision… Mr Chua in all his majestic barenakedness looking down at me. Before I can get up on my legs so that I can face him, he started spurting (you know, after a hard on?). All over my face!

Aarrgh..! “I’m a sworn pacifist but this is too much! I’ve gonna punch Mr Chua’s face to pulp for tainting me,” I yelled somewhat violently.

Quickly other members came to drag me away. The last I saw was some members getting down on their knees with bundles of tissues to wipe clean Mr Chua’s member and spurts.

.

I woke up flapping my arms and legs like a young chick on the floor. For that terrible sweaty nightmare I was left with also a most painful bump on my forehead to show for the rest of this week.

Hmmmph!

NB: Now you understand why I look askance at Malaysiakini’s interview with Chua Soi Lek.

Tun Mahathir’s talk, why Khir Toyo and not Rafidah?

hohoho, Khir Toyo also appear with Tun M at talk.

Heard Khir Toyo got booed each time he spoke. hehhehheh

A chair was also thrown when Khir Toyo’s ketua pemuda suggested Anwar’s return to UMNO. Hope Tun M’s heart not affected by the naughty fling.

I wonder if session would have been juicier if the organiser has invited Tun M’s little sister. You know, the cry baby ?
